In November 2001 a small team of postgraduate and undergraduate students from the "Faculty of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering and naval architecture" (FESB) at the University of Split guided by Ph.D. Julije Ozegovic, started a project for an open source implementation of ROHC for TCP-IP based on EPIC-lite scheme published in Framework for EPIC-LITE draft.

This effort resulted in a finished and tested implementation and a number of published scientific papers. You can find it all here including the distribution of our program.
